An assault was reported between a 36-year-old St. Louis resident and a 37-year-old St. Louis resident on Monday, Aug. 5 at the Oakridge apartments on Euclid Street. The matter is under investigation.
An assault involving an 84-year-old St. Louis resident and a 77-year-old St. Louis resident at the Pine River Health Care Center was reported on Thursday, Aug. 8. No criminal charges will be pursued.
An unidentified man pumped over $100 dollars of diesel fuel from the St. Louis Marathon station and didn’t pay. The suspect is has dark hair and wore a grey T-shirt and dark pants. A surveillance camera shows that the man drove a white GMC TopKick crew cab (heavy-duty construction type pickup) that had a flatbed and a large aluminum tank mounted behind the cab. A 38-year-old Indiana resident was arrested for driving with a suspended license on Saturday, Aug. 10, at State and Main after being stopped for a moving violation.
